The Analytics & Reports module in Sponsy offers a comprehensive suite of tools designed to provide in-depth insights into your sponsorship activities, enabling data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and performance.

Reports Overview

The Reports page is your central hub for extracting insights from your sponsorship data. You can analyse Slots (ad placements and performance) or Deals (pipeline and revenue), apply filters, customise columns, visualise data with charts, save and share report configurations, and export data for use outside Sponsy.

Choosing What to Report On: Slots vs Deals

At the top of the filter bar you can switch between two report types:

• Slots — Filter and analyse your ad slots (placements, dates, publications, performance metrics).
• Deals — Filter and analyse your deals (customers, status, value, sales reps, publications, and more).

Select Slots or Deals to see the matching filter options and table. The table, columns, and chart options update automatically for the selected entity.

Filtering Data

Below the Slots/Deals selector you’ll find the filter area:

• Slots: Add filters such as date range, publications, status, tags, and other slot-related dimensions. Use Add filter to choose which criteria to show, then set values in the filter pills. Use Reset to clear all filters and Search to run the report.
• Deals: Add filters such as publications, deal status, customers, sales reps, sources, and more. The same Add filter, pills, Reset, and Search pattern applies.

Filters let you narrow results to the data you care about. After clicking Search, the table (and any chart) updates to reflect your selection.
